When thinking about this type of expansion, where reactors brought from other countries would be installed, walls would be demolished, foreign consultants would chip in, and the project’s engineering would be done in-house, it would’ve been easy to think about the worst-case scenario and everything that could go wrong. But at Styropek, Alpek’s leading producer of expandable polystyrene (EPS) in America, they had other ideas.
The team finished the project under budget, ahead of schedule, without emergency shutdowns, and no accidents. How? One word: collaboration. Without this small, but very important factor, such a positive result wouldn’t have been possible. Meet the members of this incredible multidisciplinary team.
Today, Styropek is the only EPS provider that has operations from Canada to Argentina. Let teams like this, with different careers, thoughts, ages, and genders inspire you to collaborate with your team members and take all your projects to success.
