Resilience
The Power to Begin Again
The term ‘resilience’ is borrowed from science. By definition, it is the capacity of a material, mechanism or system to recover its initial state when the disturbance to which it had been subjected has ceased.
Translation: resilience is your ability to return to a point of balance after adversity. It is not about coming back and being the same. It’s back, reloaded. Yes, with a couple of punches, but a little wiser, a little stronger.

Although it is not implemented systematically, there is something in ALFA’s way of being that makes that attribute exist in the organization. Being ALFA is knowing that we never give up.
Perhaps it exists because the very history of ALFA is one of resilience: since the end of the 19th century, when the first industries were established in the city, the company was firmly planted and since then it has fought against obstacles.
Perhaps it exists because it is embedded in one of the fundamental values of the organization: orientation to results. That commitment to our objectives that leads us to keep going no matter what.
